Evaluation Support for Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) at the Local Level

This project aims to create long-term capacity in CVE evaluation and contribute to the overall effectiveness, transparency, and accountability of CVE programmes. Many organizations that implement programmes aimed at countering violent extremism (CVE) lack the capacity to evaluate the success of their programmes. The Harvard Chan School team works collaboratively with CVE practitioners from NATO member and partner countries to design and implement programme evaluations tailored to their local context and needs. The overall goal of the project is to facilitate the integration of scientifically derived knowledge into security policies.
This is the agenda of the workshop on the case studies, among which the Italian one managed in Turin in the framework of Exit Europe project
